Harbour Residential is a boutique real estate investment and property management company with an expansive portfolio of single-family and multi-family residential properties under management. Through our proven approach, we seek to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors both foreign and domestic. Capitalizing on a combined 20 years of experience, we leverage our network, market expertise, and comprehensive analysis to identify potential investment opportunities for our clients. Through our in-house property management division, we are able to maintain better operational control of our investments and ensure that the value to our investors is being maximized.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
Since 2011, we have helped our clients invest in a wide range of real estate assets, including single-family homes, multi-family residential buildings, and individual condominium units. Through our unique platform, we are able to offer our clients more personalized service and flexible ownership structures. We assist our clients through each step of the investment cycle, from acquisitions and renovations, through the management and eventual sales of their properties. With established operations in Miami, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Mobile, we currently offer fully-managed investment opportunities in multiple distinct real estate markets.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our property management division has over 15 years of combined experience managing investment properties throughout South Florida for both individual and professional investors. Our service is intended to cover all aspects of the daily property management responsibilities, including rent collections, maintenance, leasing and reporting. Our management team strives to serve as an asset to our clients, helping improve the efficiency and financial return of their investments. We manage all of the real estate investments that we purchase on behalf of our clients and also offer third-party management to clients who may already own their own properties.
BROKERAGE
Harbour Residential has an independent real estate brokerage which services the South Florida market. Our emphasis has been on the sale or leasing of residential properties in Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Pinecrest. Our far-reaching network has allowed us to cultivate long standing relationships within the Miami real estate market allowing us to better serve our clients, whether it be in finding their primary residence or attractive investment properties.

Managing Partner
Prior to starting Harbour Residential, Andres worked at Cervera Real Estate, one of South Florida’s leading real estate brokerages, where he focused on residential and pre-construction development sales. He has worked in several facets of real estate, including residential and commercial sales and leasing, investment sales, and property management.
Andres graduated from Catholic University in Washington D.C. with a degree in International Business.

VICTOR E. DELGADO
Managing Partner
Victor has dedicated his career to the investment and management of real estate portfolios on behalf of his clients. Focused on high-yield residential properties, Victor has a proven track record in the acquisition, renovation and management of hundreds of homes. Prior to entering real estate, Victor worked as a financial analyst in New York City for Domino Sugar.
Victor graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting.

Operations Director
Prior to joining Harbour Residential, Claudia spent several years managing accounts for Estée Lauder, one of the world’s largest cosmetic companies. The financial and organizational experience she gained from her previous position has played a crucial role in the development of our own company.
Claudia graduated from Babson College in Boston with a degree in Finance.

SALVADOR SANCHIS
Analyst & Asset Manager
Salvador’s career began in the aviation industry where he built meaningful relationships with top airlines. In 2015, he started exploring real estate, which unbeknownst to him became his passion. He excitingly joined Harbour Residential in 2019 with a focus on providing the best service for clients and tenants. His vigor and energy allows him to succeed at any challenge at hand.
Salvador graduated from Spring Hill College with a degree in International Business.
